  1. I've just had my service, with exactly the same spec. of vehicle (less DSG), and the bump stops have perished at 68k miles. I was told they could be replaced for £244. Having had a look around, it looks like a strut off job to make it easier. AFAIK, it isn't an MOT failure though
  2. Hi, not sure if you have fitted them yet.For my Estate, I used three clips per passenger window, two for my rear side windows and two per blind for my rear door window. For the passenger windows, I just put one in the centre of each side and centre top. The rear side windows (boot) I put one at the bottom and one at the front (behind the passenger head rest). It tucks up neatly into the corner, so stays up with the pressure. With the rear door, I put one at the bottom and one at the side, with the pressure holding it up against the top. I did have a bit of overlap over the high brake light, but it doesn't seem to be an issue, and has stayed in place over the last two years or so.
  3. I had this dilemma too, just being the recipient of my second little one. I got these for both vehicles we have: http://www.care4car.com/car-seat-covers/rear-waterproof-car-seat-cover.html#.VSbtqZBwZJ8 Went for size 2 in stone, which seems to match the cream leather quite well. I also kept the seat protectors I had initially with the seats on for on top of the cover, but under the seats, with a doormat on the seat itself. And yes, rubber floor mats are my friend also.
  4. Looks like it fits over the front of the grille and then the two little bits you got with it will screw or fasten from the back of the grille to holdnin place. To get to rear of grille, take out the plastic stuff (under the bonnet), at the top of the radiator. You need a something to undo the plastic pins holding it in (sorry, can't remember how I didn't that well). Then reach down behind the grille, but in front of the radiator to attach. They should be bridging two of the horizontal bars on the grille. Apologies for the rather poor method explanation, long day and doing this on phone :-)
