I have a handheld VGate VS450 that the Mrs bought me does what it says on the tin, read codes but does not just give you a code it tells you what it is, also deletes codes resets service intervals aswell It's mainly for vag group cars but I have used it successfully on a few other cars as it has a few different protocols to connect

It's quite straight forward I put Leon cupra fronts in mine and you don't even had to take the cover off, just take all the plastic surrounds off and the covers just unclip with the foam attached, swap it to the fabia base and clip it all back on, And the back of the seat litterally just bolts on to the fabia base
  6. That eoi wow not seen one with an eoi that far past TDC, I thought I was pushing my pd100 at 10 degrees eoi, from the graph yours looks to be around 18 degrees
  7. Passenger side lights, done mine a while back but I believe all lives needed can be found on the passenger side of the car

  9. Yup all of the fabia's ATD engine codes are fitties with factory single mass flywheels (G60)
  10. Don't agree anything is an improvement over the factory smic as there useless, have you ever logged a mapped tdi on intake temps ? Tech1 Recently changed mine from the pd100 maf to the 130 and also spoke to a few people including fabooka and all have said not to worry about changing anything on the map unless your aiming for big power And to be honest been using the car for a couple of weeks with the 130 maff on only thing that has changed it that it seems to be letting my turbo spool up a little quicker as I'm getting a little more throttle responce when driving, wouldn't say it's got more power just a little more responsive

Yes aslong as everthing on the car is well, a custom map will see 145-150 if your looking for all out power, I have a pd100 estate is running a custom map but with a few other supporting mods and is around the 150 mark and it pulls very well and still returns good mpg A few upsides of pd100s is smaller lighter 5speed box, weighs less than a vrs, also if it's an early ATD engined car they run single mass g60 single mass flywheels from factory so nothing really to worry about clutch wise and the standard turbos are known to be quite strong
  14. I'm heading towards cyclinder pressure, so the obvious would better/coated Piston Would not lowering compression have a similar effect ?? I know it's a little say.... Tricky as dervs work off compression but would it be worth a try but again it would be hard to test

  17. Not to sure any turbo outlet pipe from a pd130/150 or later PD105 Also not sure about the silicone bend I brought an ash hose from flebay Where abouts in the world are you?

You can use original pipe work If you get a turbo outlet pipe from a vrs Ibiza octy any 1.9 PD with the coupler basically, gently cut the pressed metal clip off and cut the rubber pipe then you have to buy a silcone 90' degree bend that I believe would you need 45mm both sides but just make sure the leg length is 150mm Then you will be good to use your standard pipe work I do have some picture as I've just brought everything for my 1.9 tdi atd but I can't post them on here

  20. Can it be worked out how much MG is being put in at 60mg but with longer duration ?
  21. +1 John fabia my injectors currently fueling 60mg but with only slightly extended durations, understood that pd100 durations can be pushed to around 12' eoi but I'm not running it near that, that's what I've seen and been told by people running hybrids on pd100s My car ran 102bhp standard and 133bhp on AMDs dyno with my own map with standard durations with just decat, now the car has fmic straight through with decat and after my little miss hap of my smoke limiter being tuned in the wrong section It pulls like a train compared to the 133map I had on the car, haven't yet logged it as waiting for lead to arrive Still have it limited by TL up to 2500rpm to save my clutch and it pulls nice and hard but smooth all the way through

Wasn't the answer I was looking for Only looking to see what the standards can do as I'll be mapping it myself as my current set has been done by myself If I fit the 130 injectors its agro for me as I'll prob hand it over to faboka to do as with different injectors it becomes a little complicated and I use the everyday
  23. How's it going everyone Looking to see if anyone has had or got any results of a pd100 with a 130 turbo properly remaped? Found loads of talk about it but haven't seen no proof as of yet lol People say the standard injectors can give up to 170 bhp with the right setup and turbo Found a gentleman on claiming he saw 176bhp from a polo pd100 with a 130 turbo with standard injectors pushed to the absolute limit running 2.5 (1.5) bar My current setup on my pd100 is running around 150bhp (custom mapped with other supporting mods) and I know my injectors can give more, but I'm not pushing my standard turbo much more I do have 130 injectors to go in but looking to see how far the 100 injectors can actually go Cheers
