OT but can I ask why people feel the need to blur number plate details? And, why do damaged vehicles on low loaders have bits of their number plate obscured with black tape?

Buy a new car and insure it for its full market value. When your renewal documents come through 12 months down the road, the value of the car will still be what you told them when you bought it. Ergo, zero depreciation. So insurance companies don't seem to be worried about the vehicle's value.......or does that only count when it works in their favour?

Common assault definition: A person commits an assault if he performs an act by which he intentionally or recklessly causes another person to apprehend immediate unlawful violence. Spitting = violence? Surely not?
