Keep seeing on here how a Vrs gets great mpg but my diesel only returns 43 no matter how or where I drive it. Any ideas to improve it or am I expecting too much

Hi. Thanks for your reply. Not the wheel bearing. Could be pump I suppose, but no drop in performance. It's quiet when driving normally. Only noisy when travelling slowly.

Anybody know if Octavia seats will bolt straight into a Fabia without any mods to anything?

Mine were badly stained and I used an upholstery cleaner from the car section in local ASDA in the black spray can. Couple of applications and now like new when they dried

Hi I have a 2005 Vrs and the steering was making a groaning noise from the left hand side. I checked the fluid level and it was low so topped it up. It made no difference. The power steering is not affected in any way, it's just that the noise is annoying and shouldn't be there. Anyone any ideas what it could be please? Thanks
