Help PLEASE ! I have a Skoda Rapid 2015, and all of a sudden the headlights, full beam and heater have stopped working. The bulbs and fuses are all fine. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be ? TIA

My car is a Skoda Rapid 2012 1.6 tdi. I turned off the service message, after my boyfriend did my oil change, by using the manual. You do it using the buttons on the wipers stalk getting the menu up on the dash with the button on the end where it has MFD at the top of the menu, scrolling down to service and choosing the option in there. You select options with the button on the lower side of the stalk.
