I got caught on the 03/09/2014 for my small stick on plate, by a camera van sat on the side of the road, i wasnt speeding, i just got a nice letter through the post asking me to confirm i am the driver the other day. just awaiting how much i have to pay towards the police christmas party now. IIRC its gonna be around £100, so i've got a full sized metal pressed one at the moment with a slight bend in it....

the only difference is the look of it in your engine bay, and a constant drone when driving slow....

I'd also recommend AP's, I drive 70 miles a day on them down terrible B roads and they are holding up pretty well, haven't got a RARB yet, but thats next on the list along with bigger brakes to fully sort the handling out Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Fitted the new wheels today, and put the shotgun cartridges over the bolts, happy with how it's looking now, probably gonna take the rear adjusters out and lower it a bit more at the front on Sunday Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

AP rear dampers are definitely shorter than standard. I didn't measure but by eye i'd say they are roughly 50-80mm shorter Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Gonna have to try one of them mini filters myself, mine keeps bogging down and spluttering at low revs. But is fine in huger gears. Only started happening when I did the filter change! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I do have a pressed metal plate, but I'm not sure how that will look when it's bent round the bumper. Also won these yesterday, once these are fitted I'll take the rear adjusters out and wind the fronts down a bit more. Then that's the exterior of the car pretty much looking how I want it. I wanted black pipes aswell but they didn't have any in stock, I'll probably get them powder coated all at once when I get the hard pipe kit from the EGR to intercooler bought. Fitted my huge number plate on the front today, any bets on how long I can go without getting a nice fine from the police? XD

Front end is looking mean! Have your HID's got duller since fitting the fly eye kit or is it still alright?

This car has made me enjoy car ownership again, so I'm not reluctant to throw money at it. I had a scooby before this and everything that could possibly go wrong with a car, did! I'm tempted to modify mine and use the same mesh as the bumper so it looks the same. And I do have an intercooler, read my first post it's just black that's why you can't see it!

Yesterday I did a few things, decided to do the big bumper mod, and I also fitted my new style badge for the boot, and my pressed plates as my logbook came back in the post with my private reg now applied Before:- After:- Will get some more pictures after a wash and polish today hopefully

I had them in my JDM headlights on my Primera for over a year and half and nobody ever pulled out onto me, this picture was the day I fitted them, (normal sidelight bulbs), I replaced them with orange bulbs a few days after this photo....
