Complete truckman top for sale including complete running Felicia fun - still attached for free! This is my fun which ran out off Mot the end of November last year It went into my mates local garage for a pree Mot inspection and it needs the gearbox mounting replaced as it knocks when you change gear letting the clutch out and he said there were perished brake lines that needed replacing. Also as the pictures show rust patches bubbling on the front passenger wing and a patched hole on the top drivers wing which the previous owner filled but never painted As i bought this as a stop gap when my vw transporter was being worked on and its going to cost more than i thought to get it through an Mot i'll offer it up here before it goes on Ebay or gumtree later in the week. I went down his garage today and it started first time. The only thing i noticed is that the light switch appears stiff and although the indicators and high beam works it wouldn't come on probably due to the fact its been stood for six weeks or so. It has the original stereo and handbook and the interior is not poor as i cleaned it up before putting on some new seat covers and i have the v5 in my name and its done 109000 miles I want £750 ovno which i think is a reasonable price for a Fun which is a runner complete with the desirable hard top and i've got the other roof bars for when its off I'm in Reading, Berkshire and i can be contacted on here but my mobile is 07973 128471 Thanks Kevin

Anyone got a towbar for a Fun that they have removed or don't use? I'm after one to tow the single bike trailer , do they interfere with the tailgate opening? Thanks Moose Sorry this is not in the wanted section but more suited to Fun owners than all the forum

I'm after some larger alloys for the fun Any ideas which alloys go straight on maybe 15's 16 or 17's Obviously 4 stud but what sort of make models ie vw seat skoda models will fit? Just before i go up the scrappy and can keep the standard wheels spare as they are in good nick Thanks Moose

I rang truckman yesterday to get some replacement struts for the areo1 truckman top but found them cheaper from the people who manuafactuer them originally google GSE gas stut engineering Bedford and the bloke sorted some out for me for less them £60 delivered. Can't wait for them to rock up as i'm sick of bungeeing up the glass panel every time i get in and out the back! You truck is sweeet!

Hi just noticed a couple of things with the new fun aka 'Eric'! As its been named from Banana man (old reference!) When you are driving there is a distinct ticking noise from under the dash, which i'm guessing is maybe the speedo drive cable ? Also, when in gear there is a slight knock as you release the clutch when changing gear sounds like its coming from below the gearstick? Cheers Moose

Probably seen it on the Bay Spent all day yesterday giving it a clean and lightly cut the bodywork all over and was presently suprised with the results Other than the usual rust spots to sort out eventually its in good nick I need to source a replacement set of keys, and the rear Truckman top gas struts are knackered! Any ideas where to get replacements as all day yesterday we kept banging our heads on it! Also getting the rear truckman windows blacked out and are on the lookout for some slightly larger alloys? Any suggestions on sizes/ model fitments that will not affect handling but look sweet Thanks Moose

Can't wait now It obviously needs the odd bodywork issues sorting but i'll update with better pictures and a plan of action after i get it home and have a proper butchers at it! Cheers Moose
