  1. Thats a good deal. Let me have a chat with the other half. Going to look at a Insignia and Mazda 6 sport tomorrow but do fancy and Octavia.
  2. So tempted by this. Been looking on ebay at it for a while now. Remapped at all? Cambelt done under your ownership?
  3. Only thing putting me off the superb is its a very uninspiring car to look at. As much as I need a practical family wagon,im still only 29 so would still like something sport looking.
  4. The 6 sport is a really nice looking estate, as is the insignia sport tourer. In terms of value, you certainly get more for your money with these two. With just the 2yr old the Leon has served me well, but with 2 car seats and the extra buggy board and carry cot in the boot it leave no room for shopping/bags/coats etc... I guess It's now down to what is close and available over the next week when i need to buy one.
  5. Thanks for the replys. A few days of car shopping needed next week. I am swaying for the vrs estate now, I may even push the boat out and go brand new for once. Torn between 3 cars here, I guess opinions may be biased on here but out of these 3 what would you pick. Octavia Estate (likely vrs) Insignia Estate Mazda 6 sport estate
  6. Hi all, Im looking for a new car and was wondering how roomy the octavias are in the back? Currently have a 2yr old and a 1week old so both in car seats which at the moment is a squeeze behind my drivers seat. Im 6ft3 and currently drive a Leon FR which just isnt big enough. TIA - Ty

  8. With that spec this should be running closer to 300hp. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
  9. New map already to suit the new turbo? Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  10. I really don't think they would bother looking at CCTV to see if I went there or not, I doubt ALDI really care that much. I thinks its more to prove i went there that day. I would be very interested to knownthe set up AlDI have with Parkingeye and how much AlDI make from them Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  11. Have you never parked in pub/shop/restaurant car park and nipped elsewhere? I have no argument for being in the car park for more than 90mins, I have already admitted I went to the barber. I just feel the fine is excessive Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk
  12. So to update, I did email customer services last night, and they said they can sort it out if i can provide proof of purchase for the day, which i dont have as I paid cash which is something I rarely do in supermarkets. I did however manage to mention it in conversation today to one of the area managers we deal with through work and he said to send him a copy of the letter and he will 'sort it' To those saying I did the crime so pay the fine etc... I think £40 is very unreasonable for going 21minutes over time in a free car park for a store I did shop in. Another thing I think is unreasonable is that our local Aldi has a 2hr time limit, so why is this 1.5hrs? As to the 'modern day how do I get out of this mentality' comment - do you seriously live every second by the law and accept all punishment if you are caught breaching it? Not like I was caught speeding or using the phone when driving, i merely stayed 21minutes extra in a free and very quiet car park.
  13. Indeed I didn't spend nearly 2hours there, as mentioned I also popped to the barbers before using the store. Totally agree that I did the crime, but it's not like me using that space caused any loss of earning for Aldi as the car park was dead this night.
  14. If all is required is a couple of emails to customer service then it's worth it. If I was on double yellows, In a disabled space etc I wouldn't argue. But a free to use car park where I actually did a shop is a different matter. Plus, there were tonnes of empty spaces, so no "loss of earnings" for Aldi
