  1. I have a 190 DSG diesel Sportline. My average MPG according to the onboard computer is 35.5. My driving is mixed possibly siding with more in town stuff than motorway. So far it’s been a great car. The auto box is good especially around town, only slight grumble is that in normal mode it can change up a bit soon and in sport can tend to hang onto a gear a tad to long, but that’s only my opinion and isn’t really a big problem day to day. I didn’t get on with eco mode at all, responsiveness was affected and I didn’t see a great improvement in MPG.
  2. I have the sportline with 20” wheels. It doesn’t ride any worse than my previous C4 grand Picasso or wife’s BMW active tourer. With the 20” wheels it is supposed to ride slightly worse than the rest of the range. Like others have said, maybe there is a setup issue with your particular Kodiaq.
  3. Just to add, I have moved from a C4 grand Picasso with three full size second row seats, to the Kodiaq that only has 2 and a smaller middle seat. I have managed to get 3 high back booster seats across the back without to much trouble. It is certainly wider than my old mk2 superb.
  4. The echo you can hear is probably the voice amplifier. It uses the cars speakers to amplify the drivers voice, so those in the back can hear you. Or in the case of my kids, carry on ignoring anything you just said.
  5. I have a 190tdi sportline. It’s only got 500 miles on it and is WLTP approved. So far it’s shoving 35mpg. Don’t think I’ve had any trips over 40mpg to be honest, I do tend to do a lot of stop start short motorway driving though. For comparison my previous grand C4 Picasso 1.6 blue hdi averaged 45mpg over 30k miles. I’m loving the Kodiaq though. First tip run this morning haha.
  6. My sportline with 20’ wheels has come with continental sport contact 5’s with conti seal which I’m guessing does the same as the others, seal inside, seal guard etc. I was expecting to get the Pirelli tyres but quite happy with the Continental’s as I’ve had them previously and thought they where good.
  7. If the electric boot wasn’t standard I don’t think I would of specked it as an option, however less than a week into ownership it’s already proved handy and I’m glad it’s there. Same goes for keyless entry and start.
  8. My sportline has the electric boot, I’m sure it’s standard. I didn’t spec the foot waving feature.
  9. We need someone else to confirm if there DSG sportline has the paddles and they didn’t order them. Or have I just got lucky?
  10. If the configarator is right then there is no point in the £250 wheel option because the paddles are standard anyway on the sportline (maybe)
  11. I wouldn’t worry about it, if they are now standards, you can ignore them if you like, they are smaller these the ones on my previous superb and really won’t get in the way. I wouldn’t pay for them myself, because I didn’t use them on my superb often enough to justify the cost this time, but for free, I’d rather they be there than not.
  12. Just had a check. I don’t have the heated stealing wheel, just the flappy paddles.
  13. Picked up my sportline today. So far everything is great. One thing I wasn’t expecting was flappy paddles as I hadn’t ordered them, are they standard on the sportline?
  14. I’m picking up my sportline tomorro.
  15. My sportline 190tdi is at the dealers. Will hopefully take delivery next week. How long does it usually take to pdi a car?
