I need to remove my two front seats and give the carpet a thorough wet vac. Are the electrics easy to disconnect and what tools would I need to remove bolts?

My engine fan triggers after any long journey but the engine is not above 90c. I think there is a dirty or faulty sensor. Has anyone had the same issue?

Ouch. Someone else should be paying a professional detailer to fix this. Pressure from a water jet could still damage the paint. A good Traffic Film Remover followed by snow foam may be a safe option

Thanks to Mervyn Stewart Skoda dealer I spotted this 2013 ex-demo silver Octavia elegance with only 8k miles. Snapped it up straight away. Loving the 2.0TDI 150bhp. Fortunately there is no faults or any or queries I have. Hoping this forum will come in handy in the next while.
