Local bodyshop, has quoted me £250 for replacement, paint and fitting. Is that a fair price? Thanks So much folks

I'm not to sure to be honest! what is the difference? Would a garage or body shop be happy to fit it?

Some twit has bumped into my car and cracked my front bumper. Then drove off. I'd like to replace it, as cheaply as possible. Where could i get an undamaged second handed bumper or new one? I'll work out how to fit it afterwards or bring it to a local garage if its to big a job. Car 2010 Skoda Fabia, TDI, red!
