    I had this same problem yesterday.
     
    From what I remember, to reset the lights back to factory default I pressed the 'Car' button on the Bolero unit >> then the options (looks like a cog) button on the touch screen >> then I pressed 'Factory Settings' >> from there I just selected the Lights option to reset the Light settings only and confirmed it.
     
    This did the trick for me. Afterwards had to re-do a couple of settings that I had adjusted, such as how late the automatic lights come on but this only took a few seconds to change back.
