I know that I should change pin no 4 with pin no 1 on the mfsw little module and wire the "small jack" to ground. It is not exactly the airbag wire that I want to modify, just the horn Just wanted an exact elsa wiring diagram for the 2 cables.

Hi guys. I need some asistance to modify an mfsw airbag cable. I bought the wrong part for an upgrade on the mfsw and now the horn is not working. I bought 5k0971584c and what I needed was 1k0971584c. Right now I would like some help if posible with the cables from above, the wiring diagrams from Elsa if is someone that can help. Many tganks in advance.

I am pretty sure that the only manufacturer that makes SMF conversion kit is VALEO. Next week I will change my entire clutch kit, also the flywheel and I will go for a SMF. In my country the SMF from VALEO is around 233 pounds max price and a DMF kit from LUK or SACKS is 260 pounds. Search a VALEO SMF kit. Greetings.

Hi. You will need to change your can gateway to avoid the battery drain problem. The units that you may buy and fit as the factory are after market units made for VW/Skoda, or Rcd 510 and Rns 510 ( navigation ). Do you have your reverse camera right now ? If you have a reverse camera and you will buy one of the above units RCD or RNS, your camera should be modified or buy an OEM reverse camera.
