  1. Confirmed, good old fashioned reboot did the trick.
  2. It actually looked like it had fixed itself overnight as it was back in the pairing menu. But tried to pair and stuck in the same screen again. Will unplug the BT module later and see what happens.
  3. Up until yesterday I have had no problems connecting my iphone 6 for calls and playing music. But I noticed that even though spotify said it was playing through Skoda_BT the cars radio was still playing i.e. it did not automatically switch to bluetooth media, I am suspecting the iOS 10.2 upgrade has caused some issue. So I tried several times disconnecting the phone and reconnecting to no avail. I then tried deleting the phone and user via he maxidot phone menu. The first time it reconnected ok but still no music, so I deleted it all again and tried a second time and now I have another issue. When I click on the phone and go to the phone menu it is stuck on the enter password display and and I cannot cancel out of it, I can go to the MFD but only if I hold the return button for a few seconds rather than the normal quick click. I left it overnight expecting it to work the next morning but its still stuck on the password screen (see attached image). Anybody seen this before and know how to unfreeze it? combination of buttons held down maybe? or do I need to disconnect the bluetooth module which I have seen suggested for other bluetooth issues?
  4. I noticed yesterday that my filler flap opens even though the car is locked. So I guess my electric gizmo is probably dead too, luckily in the unlocked position rather than locked. Anyone know how much the part costs, and if you fitted it yourself is it an easy job?
  5. Hi. Owned my Silver 2011 Superb Combi for a couple of weeks now and very pleased with it. I initially went from an A6 saloon to a 318d Estate as I wanted more room, well that lasted 6 weeks and was very unimpressed with it. A couple of weeks into Superb ownership and everything I didn't like about the BMW is so much better with the Skoda. Don't plan on doing much to the car due to lack of funds but hoping to get it tinted soon as I have a small child and he does hate the sun in his eyes, and it looks smart. Other than that just a general tidy, going to need 3 new tyres soon and my wheel nut covers seem to have turned white for some reason. Will also be on the hunt for someone local with VCDS to help me enable the secret menu so I can update Columbus maps and firmware, and maybe a few other tweaks. Cheers. Andy....
