2005 2.0 diesel 140hp same pump fitted ,taken off

hi all ... well what a headache , abs pump pressure sensor dead , 2nd hand pump fitted ( full unit ) wont run or bleed on the car , pump removed and my old elecs fitted to the 2nd hand switch side of the unit , re fitted to car and still nothing !! wont run with vag.com ... could it have lost its coding ?? is the pump on a relay or just a fuse ?? help !

Hi all , new to the site and looking for help , just fitted abs pump to my Octavia as the pressure sensor fault was showing ,1st attempt was a full pump unit 2nd hand , no response when trying to get it to bleed ,pump wasn't trying to run , removed the pump and fitted my electrical side to the new sensors half , refit to car and still no joy wont run to bleed no reading from sensors ... Will I have to re code it to my car for it to run the pump etc

have the same problem ...caused by water from the rear washer pipe ( joint in pipe above control unit ) pops out when rear washer freezes !!! ran all over cd changer and sensor control unit both scrap now ... thanks skoda !!!

quick question for anyone in the know ... my cars abs pump has a part number 1k0 614 117 h would the pressure sensor block off a 1jo 614 417 pump swap over ???
