Still no start !!!! I ve check the relay on another skoda octy it works fine but problem still on my octy ..... Anyone its like i am begging here for help .

Guys car is still dead ......... Plz help relay 103 is working as i can hear click noise from it when i turn on the key .........but there is no pwer to ECM and no glow plug light and no CEL light on cluster ...... It cranks but wont start ... I ve already tried to scan it but cant connect to ECM as it says no response from the controller . Plz help guys i have to commute to office by foot in very cold .i need my car alive.

i dont have any 109 relay on relay panel but i have 103 for diesel pump, is that what you are talking about ?

Hi Guys i have skoda octavia 1.9 tdi and i was facing with issues water coming in accelerator pedal, so i was resolving the issue and found the upper wiring seal in bulkhead was leak and fixed it and now the car is not starting and no EML and no Glow plug light , i ve scaned it but it shows no communications with ECM OR ECU . I Found water in relays under the steering wheels. plz help i need the car my Asap.

i wanna do DIY removal of alternator ..can u tell me how to remove alternator?.................................thanks

A week ago my alternator doing strange noise only on cold starts then after 1 min it goes silent ...and when i thrown heavy load like turning on aircon and headlights on alternator the battery light comes on my instrumental panel saying ALTERNATOR WORKSHOP. I dont know whats wrong ..i recently changed the idler thought noise coming from idler but i was wrong . any help or assitance will be so appreciated .

yaaa.............but earlier my octy was giving me 3.0l/100km ..............now its giving me aroung 5.5l/100 km.

I RECENTLY CHANGED MY CLUTCH SYSTEM IT WAS DAUL MASS FLYWHEEL AND I CHANGED IT TO SINGLE MASS FLYWHEEL .......DOES IT EFFECT PERFORMENCE OR MILEAGE OF CAR?

yes i did .............now the brakes not returning back ..........getting red hot.

i have octavia had the same problem like yours .............i can tell you to check clutch plate,pressure plate and flywheel ..............it can also cause rpm to reach high but not torque ......best of luck

Hi i have octavia 2005 run fines until i changed rear suspension bushes ....and for that i disconnected the brake fluid line and bleeded all fluid from rear .......and poured new fresh dot 4 white fluid and bleeded again ........now brake works fine .......but front disc brakes are getting really hot and having a major effect on torque .....i bleeded all four brakes from nipples and also from master cylinder, and also cleaned and greased slider pins on calipers and also cleaned caliper piston but no effect ......vaccum system is working fine as i can feel the pedal getting down a little bit ...i mean no like hard .............what i feel is that maybe booster is not returning the MC cylinder all the way back.....plz help .....its urgent i need this car soon.

i was having the same problem .........the car was showing emissions workshop .......i had it scanned and the fault was pressure converters ...................so i booked a meeting ..............machanic solved it for me by cutting,rearranging........the pressure converter pipes .........and now the car having full pick up and vacum is good too .

Solved .............. the front driver side sensor gap between sensor and ring was to much.............i minimized it and now brakes are working fine ................and abs is working good ............the sensor was not faulty it was just the gap that making the sensor to not read speed ..........so as ABS module think that there is a wheel brake lock up everytime i dropped below 20 kmph ...................thank anyway ...........that was a great help .

how do i find which one is it? i mean i have vagcom .....................but there is no abs light and codes.............so how do i know which one is it?

i have octy 2005 ...........I changed the front hubs with abs rings ........after changing ABS light went off and i was so happy ...................but then i felt after 20 Kmph brakes works fine with no vibration on brake pedal .................but at reaching 20kmph there is a noise like grinding and rumbling and heavy vibration on brake pedal ..................is there any solution for it ? what i think is ABS is activating at low speed ...........idk plz help

Even i dont know ......if there is no sensors then i think you are right ..........But i need to know very urgent that whether the module itself a sensor or there are sensors apart from them.

Are you talking about airbag control module ? because i can only find airbag controller module behind climatronic compartment and if you talking about sensor then i will surely dig my octy and find it.

Does anyone knows the location of front passenger and driver airbag crash sensor ? i have checked others things like connections,wiring,plugs ..........its a skoda octy 2005. plz help
