  1. Anyone knows what might be wrong? Just had this warning light popup, also had the epc briefly but it went away on its own. Does the year 2000 Skoda Fabia have vag-com support? If so where is the obd2 port? I have a cable that i ordered from eBay half a year ago. Gonna try to scan for fault codes sometime this week. Its my grandpas car so i don't have it near me right now. If you got any clues what might trigger the EPC and the steering warning light please do tell
  2. I bought mine in a automotive store here in sweden: http://biltema.se/sv/Bil---MC/Bil-tillbehor/Bil-el/Parkeringhjalp/Parkeringssensor-43147/ I am 100% their supplier of them is the same as most of the ebay kits. At the very least they look identical! Go with the ebay kit that suits your need, with monitor or like mine with just a buzzer. Look up the seller if he is legit. I am gonna install my second set on my own car either tomorrow or on Saturday Audi A4 1.8T Quattro Justt painted them with the right color.
  3. quoting myself, i bought this kit: http://www.ebay.com/itm/281455816017?_trksid=p2060778.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT I dont really need the key and the remote to be as one, i hope this kit will work..
  4. From what i have seen there are kits that are made for the front, you need longer wires from the sensors since the box must be inside.
  5. Will it work without the 180ohm resistor, what is the function of the resistor? Pretty hard to get your hands on if you dont order like 100s
  6. Did mine today, removed bumper since my brother were able to help me.. The most time consuming was marking up where to drill the holes and get it done correctly and refitting the bumper. I hid the controlbox of the PDC sensors behind the left rearlights and drilled a hole in the plastic above to get the speaker out right behind the seat belt tensioner. Could most likely be done just as good without removing the bumper using a tool like this to catch the cables and guide them through the hole Link to tool in a swedish shop: http://biltema.se/sv/Bil---MC/Verktyg-och-Verkstadsutrustning/Tang/Bojbar-gripare-191449/ Thanks for all the help! Gr8 forum by the way / Niklas
  7. WIth the bumper still on the car?, was the "rubbin strip" taped or glued, or was it clips?
  8. What moment in the install would be hard or not possible with the bumper still on the car? I have been trying to find information on how to remove bumper There is lot of "parking sensor install" videos on YouTube that installs without removing bumper.. I am very thankful for all your answers!
  9. Great now i know where to look , did you remove your rear bumper? my plan is to let it stay on the car. /Niklas
  10. Is there any hole in the trunk where you can get the cables in or do you have to drill there as well? Have just purchased a PDC kit and will install this weekend. Any help is greatly appreciated
