That questionnaire if for there CSS report if they get poor scores it can affect the dealership you say you were coached was it to give a good score

The reason you don't get called back is because they don't have the experienced service staff.Also when your car has been worked on the job card says it was done by a Skoda trained mechanic. They are short staffed and have rent a Tech's in who are not Skoda trained
