Hi, have you checked the central body module for codes as it could be the smart charge altonater, it could be loosing charge and I've seen the clutch on the end of it seize up and give faults, I'm not saying this is it but might be worth checking

Hi all, my names chris i am a mechanic from swindon and been working on vag cars for over 15 years and I'm new to this and with the skoda, I've had the other 3 in the vag range and I've always like the fabia vrs so thought why not. I've brought a mk1 fabia with some mods already done by previous owners, running a pd 150 turbo and a remap, not sure on bhp but feels like 170-180 bhp at a guess, it's sat on coil overs that I don't really like and some calibre white wheels that I'm going to paint or swap with originals if I can find some, there is some issues with the car but I'm hoping to get to the bottom of them soon. Any questions or tips i will try and do my bit to help out thanks all.
