  1. I had to try. Didin't fit. 20x9 255/35/20
  2. Hello That my turbodiesel link has been expired. Could someone write instructions how to activate hill hold by using VCDS. Thanks.
  3. Hello My 2.0Tdi Superb was remaped couple weeks ago. I have to say that I´m verry happy with result. Specially in higer RPM:s engine will run more freely. I haven´t yet go in to dyno, but guy who do the remaping said that based on VCDS values are 200hp/430nm. Stock power was 170hp/350nm. Earlyer in this year I took one standing mile run in one local event. Final speed was 182km/h. Will see what speed will be in next try. Have anyone else has their CR diesels remapped? Any comments about that?
  4. Couple pictures from last weekend. Event were Audi Club Finland ice track day. http://acf.kuvat.fi/kuvat/Tapahtumat/2015%20j%C3%A4%C3%A4ratap%C3%A4iv%C3%A4%20Tahko/20150214_154935_CA2_4957.jpg http://acf.kuvat.fi/kuvat/Tapahtumat/2015%20j%C3%A4%C3%A4ratap%C3%A4iv%C3%A4%20Tahko/20150214_154938_CA2_4960.jpg
  5. In my Superb that "Golf method" doesn't work. We try to change longcoding to that what APR-site suggests but ESP does not accept new code. How ever I noticed that if you drive wide circle and continuously steering to the max ESP finally gives up. ESP and Tyre pressure lights turns on and fun begins. ABS will be still ON. When you restart engine and drive short distance everything comes back again. I have to say that I am happily surprised that how Superb behaves. It is quite easy get in to sliding and keep it that way. For example when you press throttle quickly system gives more torque to the rear axle. That can be useful feature in some cases.
  6. Thanks to all for the answers. I believe that in deep snow ESP can help you to move but that not the reason why I want it off. Reason why I want ESP completely off is that it kills all fun on ice. I can keep car in sliding quite long but when I counter steer the ESP kicks in quite hard. Earlier I have had some older four wheel drive Audi´s. Those 4X4 were based on torsen and there wasn't any computer based aids. So this Skoda is first Haldex and ESP car for me. Well after couple weeks I will go some place where I can practise. (see the video) Disclaimer: I´m not supporting any kind of foolish behavior on the road. All above mentioned things I going to do in closed areas on ice or on racetracks.
  7. May I ask how this is done? That APR instruction is made to Golf and some Finnish guys said that it will work with Octavia also. But not in Superb. http://www.goapr.com/support/esp-defeat.html?long_orig=+988760690+
  8. Hello First of all I want to apologize my English skills. Hopefully you will understand what i try to say. I recently bought my first skoda. The car is mk2 Superb combi with 4x4 and manual gearbox. My opinion is that 4X4 is must have feature in Finnish winter. Earlier I have had some quattro audi´s and Vw´s In the future I´m going to do something to car's appearance. Wheels, stance, and so on. Nothing special. BR Lipponen
