The all in doesn't cover to the same extent as the original manufacturers warranty. It's OK for the service, MOT etc, but I'm not sure the warranty part is worth much. Check the Ts&Cs carefully and don't expect too much. I've had a claim on a sealed led light unit refused on the basis that it had water in it. These are sealed units and should last longer than the 4 years it did. The part was over £200 and it didn't last as long as a £10 bulb would.

I was concerned about very same thing. Tyre dealers round where I live have all shut of their own accord.

Superb TSI Sportline 220bhp in the winter
pj101 replied to Baz80's topic in Skoda Superb Mk III (2015 - 2023)
I stick 17" wheels with continental winter contacts on mine Nov-Mar. Far better in the cold/damp as well as snow. (Still nowhere near as good as our 4wd CRV with all-season cross tyres on it.) -
16" Winter tyres on a TSI 220
pj101 replied to Pessimal's topic in Skoda Superb Mk III (2015 - 2023)
My understanding is it's the wheels that are critical to get over the brakes. A 16" wheel isn't. I have 17" as my winter wheels on my 2.0TSi. I'm certain the chart below details the wheel/tyre/offset combinations that fit and also whether you can use chains or not: -
Keyless is now standard. Mine was built March this year without it, but soon afterwards a minor enhancement to the spec, inc. keyless, colour multi func trip computer, front & rear sensors, was made. Slightly gutted as I'd just paid for colour trip and the sensors. Wasn't overly bothered that I'd missed out on keyless. Had it on a previous car and it's not an essential for me.

What would owners replace their superb with?
pj101 replied to Whenwillilearn's topic in Skoda Superb Mk III (2015 - 2023)
Via CarWow I've just purchased a new 220 tsi se-l estate with a few extras inc. metallic for just over £24600 all in. The same spec in the base 220d merc e-class was coming in around £34500. I don't think there's anything out there that can touch the superb I've just bought, for similar cash. -

It's a blessing to be in the company of such a genius, who actually believes all that he spouts. We all own cars for different reasons, none is more right than the other. -

Not sure how you equate greater bhp with lesser intelligence. The two are completely unrelated. In terms of what I would replace my superb with - no idea. Would like an e class estate but I wouldn't want to spend that amount of cash. -
I ordered a 2.0 tsi estate at the end of jan and it was just under 12 weeks to delivery.

I was actually more concerned about the bike at the time. Stabilisers may be an idea!!
