Hi all. I am in desperate need of help. I have retrofitted the Skoda bolero head unit into my pre-facelift mark 2 Octavia. Since then I have noticed I have battery drain issues. Now I know I need to upgrade the canbus module. Or temic module or whatever it's called. I currently have part number 1k0 907 530F installed. Does anyone know what part number I need instead? Its driving me mad. I currently have 2 modules available but neither seem to work. (Photo attached) Thanks everyone. Lee

Hey Guys. I've been wondering for a while but cant find any Info so I was wondering if you guys could shed some light for me. I am thinking of swapping the engine in my mk2 pfl. (Just because I want something different) I have been looking at the Audi 3.0 tdi or even the 3.5tdi Can anyone tell me, is this possible and if so, some idea on how to do it. Thanks guys. Lee

It's OK. After pressure test, the head was cracked. So I've had to buy a new Amc head with all the bolts included. Thanks for your help though

I will forward the link to the mechanic and ask him to identify the correct one.

I'm not sure how many. They are about 65mm long and secure the camshafts inside the head

Head gasket replacement including skim and pressure test. Nearest skoda dealership is nearly 2 hours away and nearest tps counter is over an hour away. We are miles away from anywhere so makes it difficult

Hi guys. I've taken my car to a local garage to have the headmaster replaced. Just had a call from him, we need to replace the bolts that secure the camshafts in place. We are having major trouble in finding the bolts we require. Does anyone have any new ones for sale or possibly the part number so that we can find them ourselves. Including reversing cameras, dab, satnav etc. I want it all to work like it was installed by Skoda factory. Is anyone able to do this for me? Hi guys. I'm quite new here and very new to owning a Skoda. I have got an 06 plate Octavia 2.0tdi of elegance with standard stream stereo. I want to upgrade to something newer with Bluetooth, satnav and possibly DAB. Can I do this easily and after reading some other posts on this I am quite confused. Hi guys. Just a quickie for you all Ive got an 06 octavia elegance and has the airbags built into the front seats. The airbag light has come on recently. After being plugged in at a local garage it cane up saying the drivers seat module is faulty. My question is this, can the module be changed or do i have to change the whole seat? If i do either, will it then need to be coded? Thanks guys.
