  1. thanks a million! You've done exactly what I was thinking so it's great to see it in some real photos. Last thing, do you happen to know what percentage the factory tint is?
  2. Rarely have anyone in the back. But that's changing in about 6 weeks so thank for the reminder, better order a couple more :peek:
  3. Thanks for the follow up posts - really useful! How have you found them now you have driven around for a while with them? Also, any chance you could put up an external picture or two (e.g. side on with doors shut) - we have the same point colour so would really help me to decide finally - I'm 95% sure about getting these ones Thanks Gyuri
  4. Big time. One in each front door and nothing gets tossed except into these. Keeps her nice and clean ????
  5. Those look good, much better than some of the other options I and others have found. Did you decide to get some in the end?
  6. Had mine in a dealers in Ireland for a service a few weeks back and mentioned the problem and about service bulletin etc. They said nothing showed on diagnostic and all seemed fine. Usual waffle and nothing found, nothing done.
  7. So I've been digging around these threads and from what I can see, am I right in saying there isn't a screen option for the hatch without the line down the middle of the rear window, as per the Sonniboy ones? I like the look of the Sonniboy ones and would go the cost but not for that ugly line down the middle!!!
  8. I can't offer you any specific info but I did find the "real world" Honest John reviews really helpful when I was choosing between cars
  9. Thanks for taking the time. I've MIB1 and think it sounds great, particular after a software update. It was like a new system.
  10. I think you can get the full original tool set from superskoda.com
  11. No worries but do pop into a dealer and have it filled up to the correct level. Don't leave it low like that [emoji106]
  12. When was the previous check? It shouldn't drop much if at all Mine did this when it was about 6 months old but had all checked and pressure tested etc., no problems, level topped and fine since. Suspected air in system since build had worked out and caused the drop.
  13. I might have misunderstood your question, but you can change what options are visible on the maxi-dot thorough the infotainment, under settings for Multifunction Display
  14. Sounds like a pain in the backside, glad you got it sorted. I always read posts on here about tyres and interesting you seem to be the first (from memory) to think the F1's are noisier. Most people complain about the noise from the SC2's and find the switch to F1's much better [emoji2] Also wondering, were you right down to the minimum on the thread on your old ones? I've 23k on mine and they're still good...
  15. Let's have a few pics there and we will sort this out for you [emoji23][emoji23]
  16. Also, the infotainment highlights all the tyres irrespective of which one it is etc. Just like it highlights the fuel tank when the needle is in the red
  17. I've just put a set of these on to replace my stock ones and the shorter of the two is slightly longer than the one I removed, but it works just fine and overall they seem to be doing an excellent job. http://www.micksgarage.com/proddetails.aspx?pid=5779427&modelid=11195
  18. I've the same, L&K so Turbines with the SportContact 2. I can't wait to change them. Loud and bumpy. I think it'll be Goodyear F1's for me. There's a good few threads on here with similar information in them, people finding the ride bumpy, as so on. Although I've plenty of thread on them so I can't justify it - I'm presently tempted to change the springs and dampers - it's be about the same price as pricey tyres!
  19. Ah balls!! Typical Thanks for the reminder. I noticed last week I have the tiniest nick in mine, only cos I was cleaning the glass did I notice it. Have never had to replace one ever, would you advise I change it? Almost seems like a waste though I knew they can creep and crack. It is tiny!!! Or have it repaired somehow? Sorry for the semi hijack on the thread but it's all on topic I guess!!
  20. Mine is not a vRS but I find 1-2 sticky also. Will pay closer attention to temperature and running time to see if i notice and changes. I've around 22500k on mine
  21. On top of above, all else I could suggest is have the repair done by a Skoda approved repairer, wether it's an insurance payout or private payment then at least you're less likely to have any hassle with the trade in. Though you could always get it fixed in time and say nothing to the dealers! Sorry to hear anyway just coming out this same **** as you. Got a rear end tip and so much hassle getting it sorted
  22. Link should be http://postimg.org/image/ch4kwn5px/ And that looks like someone has run something along it...
