But if an odd one, came back to my car after a day at work & the drivers side front & rear door appear to have lost all electrics-Windows, mirrors & central locking doesn't work, yet does on the passenger side. I've read about the water ingress issues, but it's been so dry recently & parked under cover that I thought this unlikely. Anyone else had anything similar? its on a 61 plate 170tdi Elegance

Thanks for all the help, I bit the bullet & bought some Thule bars, expensive but they'll be carrying my bikes, so I wanted the best I could find. Bought 127cm set in the end, but looking at it, the 120's would have been fine. Nice & solid & came as a package with the mounts in a box to save ordering separate items.

I've recently bought my first Skoda, a Superb Estate, 2011 & so far I'm loving it. I want some roof bars for it, but I'm getting conflicting information regarding what size I need, as I've seen some listed at 120cm for it, yet others saying they won't fit & 135cm will fit. Has anyone fitted a set & know what size they are? Thanks in advance. GW
