Hi guys, returning member, picked up my 245 a couple of weeks ago.. really impressed with it 👌 along with a photo with the old mans 230! 😈

Maybe a long shot, but I had a leak in the boot of my Octy I couldn't find.. Used to build up in the wheel well, but the right hand side of the boot carpet was also getting wet. Turned out to be the seam sealer had cracked under the plastic roof trim (which houses the roof bar points) was running down the inside and dripping on to the net storage. Had to lock a mate in the boot and get the hose out to find it!

Thanks for the responses Got home from work and jacked it up, there is play in the wheel :( Definitely a wheel bearing.. odd symptoms though tbf, noise disappeared when cornering both directions only droned in a straight line!

Hey guys! Wonder if anyone can shed any light... Recently got a 52 vrs, know the car uncle who's a mechanic was previous owner. Last night a drone started at around 40mph , first thought would be a wheel bearing. Though these were replaced last month along with hubs. When cornering the noise disappears completely, will change the wheel over for the spare and see if this solves the issue of its tyre related.
