  1. Thanks Nick (I'm Nick H too coincidentally!). I've emailed Skoda too, I'll see what they say about it.
  2. Hi there, very strange thing just happened and I was hoping someone had come across something similar before. I've had my 2015 Superb Executive 4x4 for nearly a year now and so far everything has worked perfectly. Then out of nowhere this week my phone wasn't connecting to bluetooth. Pressing the "phone" button on the infotainment gives a message "telephone not available" with no way to access the bluetooth settings etc. So I plug it into the USB for SmartLink and that's not working now either! The message is "You can activate this function by means of an activation key. Contact your dealer" Same with SatNav, this time the message is "The navigation data in the infotainment system is not valid. Please check data". Weird thing is, other aspects haven't been reset. My radio stations are all still set as I left them, the electronic seat profiles still adjust as before. So I thought I should check the SD card, see if it's dislodged or something. There is no SD card in either slot (I've never had reason to check it before, so I don't know if it's never been there or if perhaps someone's nicked it. My question is: if someone had taken the card, would that account for everything losing connection or would it just affect the SatNav? If not, what could cause such an issue and what are the chances of me being able to resolve it without shelling out hundreds of pounds? Tearing my hair out, any help at all would be gratefully received.
