@Toxicfrog i've just checked and it has a dent in the passenger rear arm, going to get that changed today! Is it a nightmare job? I rang my local motor factors and they said £45 for the arm.

i use to work for Kwik Fit many moons ago and my mate still works there and fitted my tyres out and well tried to sort my alignment out lol ::( I'm tempted to take it elsewhere in case there was a mistake in the rear camber adjustment as my mate was following me and said your tyre was sparking while going round the roundabout and when i checked the wire was hanging out! but the outside still looks new, this was the case with the other rear side too when i changed them first time so really need to get it sorted as i do a lot of miles and have two kids! i've had to park it up till i find a solution before wasting more money on tyres :(

What did you use to combat the camber when lowering it? my rear inner edges keep exposing wires with the outer looking like new =/

Mk2 Pre FL TDI RS- Guy said there is no adjustment left on the rear camber and i've lowered it on Eibach Pro Kit so it's not much lower but now I'm on my second set of tyres in a 4 months since lowering it where there is wire on the inside edge and the outer still looks new! I've tried looking for the Rear Camber Shim's but can't find a kit for the mk2 and i have Goodyear EfficientGrip and at £80 a corner this is becoming and expensive problem!! Any help would be greatly appreciated

Right i've searched the forum and still none the wiser, i've got a 57 plate mk2 octavia and i want to fit a sub/amp in the boot. I have the OEM Blaupunkt SatNav head unit. The Head unit obviously has no phono/rca out ports but a mate reckons you can get a Yellow 6 pin ISO to 2 channel RCA output, now i hate wires and not very clued up, ive also seen someone with an 11 plate fabia just run a wire from front left/right speaker into an RCA connection from behind the head unit. What have other people done or found the best way to hook up a sub/amp to the OEM Head Unit? any help is much appreciated!

Radders thats the one i want but for pre fl! ive looked at their lips for pre its terrible.. £100 isnt too bad when you look at their work like triple r is 195 miles from me lol! =/

Has anyone actually found a decent looking front splitter for a Mk2 Pre FL? I've messaged Triple R Composites asking for how many people it would take to kick start one for the pre fl and just awaiting on a response.. In the mean time Has anyone fitted a splitter from another car? I'm sure i read a leon cupra splitter fits but not sure which model leon? does this mean the triple r leon splitter will fit? also ive seen a decent Facelight splitter, what are the chances of them fitting a pre fl? also what sites have people seen the pre fl splitters on, any links? any help is much appreciated!!

what is peoples opinions on say a replacement K&N panel filter in the oem airbox and a pipe and open filter? I understand the open filter and pipe will probably suffer with heat soak but anyone had sufficient heat soak/loss of power that was noticeable? At a guess i would say open filter for looks and noise? and uprated filter in oem box for performance? anybody got any videos of the open filter please?

yeah i am Dan ill have a look into the cupra r splitters! ive just ordered a canbus error resistor cable so hopefully that will work! ill let you know the sidelights look daft with xenon lights =/

can someone link me up or point me in the right direction to the following please mk2 pre fl - some led sidelight (ones i tried fitting flickered then went off and through the warning light on the dash), gearstick top replacement part. Cheap Splitter/compatible splitters thanks in advance
