    You'll be fine with the bus lane thing. You were moving your car out of the carriageway so as not to cause obstruction. Had the police attended they would've asked you to do the exact same thing.
    You may get a ticket through as sometimes these things are automatic, but just respond to it stating that you were in an accident and you won't have to pay anything. The ongoing claim is the proof of the accident.
