I downloaded from the Skoda Update portal today and probably took about 1hr to download the 14gb file and then about 20 mins to unpack. Really simple process and available as soon as sd card inserted in car, no waiting

I have a superb mk3 manual with front assist and ACC. The ACC works very well even on a manual and where traffic is slowing I just need to use the clutch and drop down the gears as the car slows and stays the appropriate distance and I have done this from 70mph to a standstill. If you are in the wrong gear and there is possibility of stalling a warning Beep and message is displayed telling you to change gear. I was nervous at 1st to trust it but it works very well.

Yeah same as me - and have tried with and without ignition, inside and outside the car, 1 sec to 3 sec and longer but doesn't work at all. So through VCDS I'm hoping to get Boot closing from Fob (and hopefully from button in centre console, Traffic Light recognition and Hill Hold - anything else I should be looking to get?

Closing boot from key fob only works if have Kessy, found this: The lid can be closed in one of the following ways. By pressing the button By pressing the symbol key  on the key (for approx. 1 s). Applies to vehicles with KESSY. The key must be at a maximum distance of about 2 m from the door. By pressing the handle By briefly pressing the door in the closing direction.

Yeah the lights do look better than expected for me too. Really happy with the car and the colour. It's an eye catching car and had a good few admirers

Yes I'm the one who already said I did have a few extras I wasn't expecting like electric boot, rear sun blinds. The rear view mirror is not auto dimming as far as I'm aware, it doesn't look like it anyway but haven't driven at night to confirm. Here is a front shot of the lights

It is a hatch/saloon I have and tested from outside the car opening from key fob and then trying to close from fob also whilst still outside and engine off. I haven't tried with engine running to see if it makes a difference though but don't see how it would make a difference. It would be great to get it to close from fob if the button in cabin is not possible

Yeah, tried this on mine today and the fob doesn't close the boot only the button on the boot lid can activate this which is a bit annoying

It doesn't have auto dimming rear view no, I miss it too as had it on my last car and helped a lot as my eyes are sensitive to light especially at night.
