Right not gone through all the posts so sorry if it's already been answered but The auto wipers are not active unless you have gone over 12 mph when the car is turned on You can over ride this by turning them off and sticking them back on intermittent The reason for this is if you have a frost morning and are just starting to scrap the ice off the last thing you want is the wipers activating Hope that's clear enough

Its ok dude i didn't think you were being funny, What i was trying to get at is the advertised figures are not what you actually pay to VWFS, the dealer is paying you some of its profit from the fee they get for delivering the car to you

The offer is done directly with VWFS, the dealer are paid a fee to handle your car, if the dealer chooses to pay you from that fee then its up to them It is a very poor show if I am honest, will not be buying a car from them again thats for sure Just a word of caution to anyone thinking of withholding the initial payment, your deal with VWFS is as on the finance documents, if you fail to pay the right amount they will put a record on your credit file

This is what happened to me? , I iust paid them over the phone so everything is up to date

Got the same letter and issue here but VWFS dealt with is very quickly

Need to make sure you get the key otherwise you will be charged at the end of the contract

was the cheque made out to the dealer or vwfs ?

Double check the figure on your finance contracts as the dealers can not give direct discounts on PCH deals, the difference is credited by them to your account from the profit they make

Took me a while to get the money off them too, Actually kept trying to change the figures but i kept to my guns The impression i get is that one person deals with all the contract hire and they are struggling to deal with the amount of orders taken

It's a rental agreement and different to purchase as you are not the owner, yes it does have to be taken to a skoda dealer

I was just a little gutted at getting an old spec car when it's brand new, I really wasn't convinced that what they were saying was accurate so that is why I made them confirm in writing

I won't be sharing in public as I believe every situation is different In my case I had it confirmed in writing that I would received MIB 2, this was sadly not the case

So for anyone who is interested they have said mib 2 is not able to be retro fit so they have compensated me as they had previously confirmed the car would be with the new system
