  1. Personally I ain't a fan of the Toledo I think it looks ugly. I'm going to have to keep looking around by the looks
  2. The v5 could be an option. I ain't too sure what cars seat put them in. All I know is the ml; golf and I assume the bora and the passat
  3. Cheers for the input. I'm just so undecided, I've had a 9-3 1.9 tid 150bhp vector sport, it felt a bit odd to me. The octavia is ticking a lot of boxes as is a nice v6 4 motion mk 4 golf but that will be thirsty
  4. Octavia vrs it is then, thanks for the advice guys it is much appreciated
  5. Thanks for your comment, yep your right about personal preference. Just need something bigger, been looking at Saab 9-3, octy vrs, bmw tourers, Audi A4, Volvo v50, and loads more. Just can't decide what to get
  6. So the big question is, which one do you prefer to drive? The furb or octy?
  7. I thought passenger room would improve a lot. How about ride comfort??
  8. Hi all, I am toying with the idea of swapping my 2005 55 reg fabia vrs with an octavia vrs. I need something bigger and it makes sense to look at an octy. Just wondering what people's experience of owning them is like? Are they comfortable? Good on fuel? Any help would be appreciated, thanks
  9. Do you have all 4 door handles so I can colour code my fabia vrs?
  10. Your not coming up north by any chance are you lol
  11. Hi. Nope a passenger seat. Haha. Going to take my drivers seat out tomorrow
  12. Had a nosey inside an SE at work but I don't know the owner I've never seen him, his is number 719 according to the interior. Todmorden, Lancashire.
  13. Cheers mate. I will prob give them a go
  14. Sorry to bring up an old thread. My mates got some brand new Yokohama s line tires he is willing to sell me but they are 195/45/16 in size and I'm a bit cautious about trying them. Is there really that much difference in handling/performance in a narrower tire?
  15. I managed to get a full interior with no damage just extremely dirty. Stripped drivers seat and replaced my torn drivers seat, well happy now
  16. Sorry guys I'm struggling to upload pictures it says they are too Big
  17. Seems ok too me. Just want to do away with the empty space under the stereo. If there was a double din stereo with removable fascia I would buy one but I only seem too find non detachable units
  18. Recently bought a golf mk4 armrest and followed a fellow briskodians blog on how too retrim it with a spare seat cover. Luckily I am going through the phase of sorting my interior and washing seat covers and happened to have a spare cover too use. Here's the finished product. It looks fantastic. Thanks to mattievrs for the ideas, sorry for taking your idea too but it's the best interior mod around
