    Both with Adrian Flux...in my naivety I thought that having sold my Freelander I could just change the insurance to cover the Fabia...which I did but at an added cost...not expecting that...

    Hi Dan...had a shock yesterday when I transferred my insurance from a modded Freelander HSE to a standard Fabia Estate (in the interest of economy) and my insurance went up £115! The Freelander is group 25, as standard, and the Fabia 12-ish....shouldn't that mean the cost goes down? I'd like to understand why it's more, if poss...as an economy drive this isn't sitting well with my OH.
