Hi all recently bought a second hand box . I took my old one out slapped the other on in. Now i cant get the car to sit in any gear. I have reset the linkages 3 times. I can pull the gear into 2 and 4th but when i let the clutch out it squeals and groans. It won't engage. I have unhooked the linkages and tried to manually move the selector and still won't sit in a gear Have i missed something or is new box goosed,?? Thanks

you have the standard black dv valve? most will say this is good enough for stage 1 you can however buy a forge 007p or 008, if you buy second hand buy the service kit from forge, or compbrake do not fit the split r types,

so my mk1 octy vrs, has a weird fluttery chattery noise weird description i no but its a weird noise. first i think left cv joint as i had some noise so i replaced this noise still there recently ive replaced the drop links arb bushes. pads and discs. now the noise is only during acceleration if i gently blip the throttle i can hear it obv as the rev/speed higher it gets drowned out. so drive shaft is my last thought? any ideas? thanks

your using the 3 bolt bracket?

Hi all just changed my STD downpipe for a decat. Only when the garage swapped it over for not they obv bridges a bolt and when i took it out it snapped. So the deactivated is o my held in by 3 bolts. Will this because of the missfire sounds rough as hell and obv blowing from the turbo now too.

i have a similar issue, but have polybushed my mount, i wonder if its engine mounts?

I have got the rear brake wondering in using. Brake rewind tool I cant get the tool back out please help me!!!!

so before my mot i asked the garage to take off my 3inch decat as it would obv fail. and i didnt wanna spend the time on my back swapping over again! anyway today i got around to refitting the decat only to discover the garage had obviously snapped a thread because there was a massive bolt head in its place, no they did not tell me this at the time. this bolt is also been done up by the fecking hulk! i am concerned it has been brutally put in there maybe even cross threaded...... this was back in augustish do i go back to the garage have a moan? i feel i should as i will have to get the hulk to undo the bolt as i cant get it off on axel stands. it should be known i swapped the original pipe for a deact myself and never snapped a thread,.

mines connected with a lambda sensor adapter i get no lights on dash. but you will fail mot regardless what u do

i have springs and cleaned all up and as above on a damp start i still get the odd moo!
