  1. I will try what you suggest and update this topic. Engine is running fine (for now ). Thanks again for your response.
  2. No, the foamy stuff is gray silicone. It is solid, has been there since I bought the car. There is no sign of mayo inside the oil filler cap, dipstick or the coolant filler cap (fortunately). The oil comes from the black-pastic engine cover. It was not leaking oil before. ---------------------------------------------- What do you recommend me to do? Check the PVC valve coming from the chain cover? Thanks for responding
  3. This is what I though, I will change it according to Wino's image, Thanks a lot for your responses
  4. Hello, Just about a year ago, I got my Skoda Fabia. I got some issues with it. It's 2006 1.2 HTP Skoda Fabia. Here are my questions/issues: Where is the Crankcase breather located? I have read some topics on this forum that, if your dipstick is blowing oil, then it could be a drity/cloged crankcase breather. Also I see a small puddle of oil by the Throttle Body (see photo 4). Where is this crankcase breather located? And do you think this could be the cause? http://postimg.org/image/j86fj3s3z/ http://postimg.org/image/w24hcg5jj/ http://postimg.org/image/xwhbu6sjz/ http://postimg.org/image/7x3ruql8v/ Is the Aux Belt correct? Because of the issue above, some oil got on the aux belt and I had to change it (it got veryyy noisy), so when I went to the garage and the mechanic replaced the belt, I saw that he put it in a different way (I remember it was another way around) but it actually works great. I'm just curious if this is the correct way. http://postimg.org/image/55ki44mq7/ Thanks a lot.
