  1. For sale is an excellent condition version of this lens including original box, lens pouch, lens caps and hood. Also including the Sigma USB dock to allow for microadjustment of the focusing to suit your Nikon camera and update the software of the lens as required. Happy to answer any questions and will try to add photos shortly. Looking for £415 plus postage.
  2. I've PM'd you twice with quotes for postage. Please let me know if you are interested.
  3. It's still available. Not sure about part number but per email confirmation of my order it's described as Product Quantity Price DTUK® Pedal Box Plus For: Car SKODA FABIA from 2014 onwards 1.2 TSI, 90PS/66kW, 1197 cc
  4. Superskoda sell them and sometimes they have sales (probably one at Easter I'd imagine) if you can wait.
  5. Yup, I know you guys can't read all the posts but you probably see more of the forum than most people - kudos to you all for your good work Yes, the signature and most likely this discussion has given the original thread some much needed attention (although for some reason I didn't get an alert for the response - strange!
  6. Let me check the dimensions and weight and see what it would cost on parcel2go @themanwithnoaim and maybe we can work something out. Can you pm me a postcode?
  7. Well you don't have to read these threads since you don't appear to be a moderator yourself. If you don't like threads going off topic for long periods of time, you could have not replied to this comment as an example. Other forums I'm on are moderated too and for sales threads are restricted to expressions of interest only and it works just fine. I am not sure that the payment is purely for access to areas even though that is a benefit of it. I think everyone who is a member is a stakeholder and paying for the Freedom membership is just making a further commitment to the forum by donating towards the costs of hosting it
  8. Selling a DTUK Pedalbox Plus which was bought for a Fabia III 1.2 TSI 90PS but I was told via the chat that it would fit other VAG group cars too such as a Golf and an Octavia. Feel free to confirm yourself if unsure. Comes with original box but not the little holder for the device as it remained stuck to the dash of my Fabia (now sold). Most people pop it into the cubby hole to the right of the steering wheel out of sight anyway. Cable has a little residue from heavy duty tape I used to tidy the cable but it's in otherwise very good condition (bought on 30th August 2017 direct from DTUK). Was £189 new; looking for £90 plus postage (shouldn't be a lot as it's quite small).
  9. Well that's how it works on every other forum I'm on (Coffee Forum UK, Talk Photography, The Shaving Room to name a few). If you aren't allowed to bump a for sale post, it drifts down to the end of the post and then no one sees it. As it is, the For Sale section isn't open to everyone like on many other forums (where usually it's a qualifying membership period and a certain number of non-spammy posts to access it). I paid for Freedom membership so I think I have a right to voice my opinion on the rules. And if an advert was locked after being created, how would anyone express interest publicly? Going straight to PM means no transparency if anyone is at it.
  10. Thanks, I will do that although I don't post as often now I'm not awaiting a VRS. Why is bumping a post once a day or so banned though? Every few hours, sure but most forums I'm on allow once a day.
  11. Shame, if it was an estate I'd probably keep it as I still have an Octavia estate but won't have a hatchback now as I switched to a Golf R.
  12. If yours is a hatchback, I have a brand new bumper protector for sale in the For Sale section if I'm allowed to draw attention to it here (since apparently bumping posts illegal here!)
  13. Bump for this. Open to sensible offers. Please read the guidelines regarding ‘bumping’ threads: 8. For sale & wanted adverts The only discussion permitted in classified threads are those which show interest in replying to the advert. Criticism of items or pricing, chit-chat, bumping threads or any other discussion not relevant will be removed.
  14. Brand new, still in box item purchased from Superskoda as can be seen here. As I cancelled my order for the new VRS 245, this is now surplus to requirements. Ideally would prefer pick-up in the Glasgow area (I'm in Newton Farm, Cambuslang if you are local) as it's a bit big to post but could also potentially meet halfway if you're not far away. Was €61 including delivery (£54 at today's rates) so would ideally like £45 ono. If I do post it, postage would be at buyer's expense & risk (or you can arrange your own courier via parcels2go or parcelmonkey etc).
  15. Sold it to WBAC. Obviously didn't get the online price but wasn't too fat off in fairness. @Muzza80 would you mind PMing me an email address? Wanted to run some things by you if you don't mind...
  16. Will see what they say. I'm expecting to have the online price knocked down for various reasons but it depends on how much they knock it down whether it reaches what the dealership are offering.
  17. I have DSG, DCC, sunroof, Canton, winter pack and spare wheel. Not sure if that counts are every box but more than I normally go with but this was a 'treat' for myself. I've got an appointment with webuyanycar this evening so will see if they can do better than £6900, if so I will go with them over the Skoda dealership. Lesson learned for me though, my next car will either be a lease or bought through carwow or drivethedeal I think.
  18. So I got the details and it seems that the part exchange on my Fabia I've been offered cancels out my £2K Skoda deposit contribution. Has anyone else sold to webuyanycar.com? How does what they offer compare with what they quote online? They offered £8,120 online vs £6900 at the Skoda dealership.
  19. Quick question for those buying their VRS on PCP. My finance paperwork came through for review and monthly payment (over 40 months, w/ £1K deposit, 10K miles/year) is about £536/month which seems a lot higher than I've seen other people mention. For those with lower monthly payments, would you mind sharing some details on your set-up (deposit, term of contract, etc)?
  20. Nice, got told the same myself today so guessing our cars are on the same shipment then! Keep me posted when you're picking it up and might see you down there!
  21. Will be interested in hearing what they say. Not sure if it will be too late to follow suit but if there's a possibility of them knocking something off the price or throwing something in for free I suppose it's worth a shot.
  22. Per Andy it pushed it out a little bit. I think he mentioned previously an unconfirmed BW of 42 before I changed it to DSG but to be honest, week 42 had been and gone before I changed it to DSG. I'm not sure it made any difference in all honesty. Might be worth checking with the chat on Skoda Customer Services to see what they say. Challenging what I'd been told by Andy vs what CS told me was what seemed to get things moving with updates on my car's status so worth a shot I think. Good luck!
  23. Got confirmation my car has BW 50, which should mean it's being built as I type! Hopefully should get my hands on it mid-to-late January (since there's another winter shutdown at Skoda apparently). Can't wait - will be around 7 months since I ordered it by then so let's hope the wait is worth it!
  24. I have the winter pack ordered on my 245 VRS. After such a long wait for it, if it turns up without the heated screen, I won't be happy!
