I'm also having sawtoothing issues. I've a rear bearing which needs replacing. Can anyone recommend somewhere in the Hull/York area for a full alignment. Also has anyone any advice regarding which make of tyre best avoid sawtoothing. Car is TFSi estate running 18's currently on FK452's.

I made a similar switch to you a while back. Diesel Fabia vRS to petrol Octavia vRS estate. Never looked back. As much as I loved the Fabia, I wouldnt go back to having a amall car again. Got family now and the practicality of the estate is excellent for family trips away. I average just over 28 MPG which isnt too bad. What was wrong with your Fabia?

Think mines going up from £485 to around £520 this year. I've had a shop around and the cheapest quote I've got is with more than for £420. Baffle me though how you can attain another years no claims, show that you are a lesser risk driver by having that additional years no claims and they still put it up.

That looks great. I was looking at a yellow hatch with black wheels before I got my blue estate but te seller wouldn't let me have it for the price I wanted to pay. I agree it does need black mirrors and grille surround though.
