    1.4 act

Haven't noticed the turbo at all unless the window is open
  2. My wife has a 1.4tdi fabia estate with 120K which is used for business. It has a very hard life but is regularly serviced and had the timing belt replaced twice. It has never put a foot wrong and we are reluctant to replace it but am worried about reliability. As it's worth so little now we're tempted to run it for longer and enjoy some very cheap motoring but don't want the hassle of a catastrophic failure. I'd be interested in any advice
  3. The best deals seem to be leasing Yetis and Superbs at the moment. You will probably be able to beat that Simpson deal if you shop around. Simpsons don't deliver which is difficult if you don't live near them. Although they are meant to be a great dealer. It will be a lot more car than the citigo, I'd go for it. At the moment I think PCP is risky with a yeti because it will probably be replaced when you are looking to change so it's residual will be hit. Sent from my ONE A2003 using Tapatalk
  4. That's ridiculous syncing contacts should be easy. If the dealer can't do it then there must be a fault which the should fix. It could be your phone but I doubt it. I've just looked at my phones a oneplus 2 which will be similar to yours and I can't see any options which will stop it. I can't believe the dealer sent you on your way without resolving the issue. Anyway I believe my contacts have synced because names display and I can voice dial via the steering wheel but I still may have the same problem as you. What do you do which shows contacts are not synced Sent from my ONE A2003 using Tapatalk
  5. My A3 did my yeti doesn't but I wish it did Sent from my ONE A2003 using Tapatalk
  6. Maybe lots of diesels in Europe because nobody's buying any in the US. Strange though, I thought demand for petrol wold be strong Sent from my ONE A2003 using Tapatalk
  7. If they removed the oil with a vacuum line then the won't need to replace the sump plug. I'd have thought a big garage would drain the oil via the sump for speed. Sent from my ONE A2003 using Tapatalk

    Lease deals

I'd take that 20k service interval with a pinch of salt. Mine works out at 13k. Sent from my ONE A2003 using Tapatalk
  9. I ordered my 1.4 yesterday I was warned that there are big delays due to high demand. No delivery date yet Sent from my ONE A2003 using Tapatalk
  10. I agree about the quality of new cars and their reliability and the driveability if diesels, but with everyone who experiences a failure posting online I suspect that diesels may appear to be less reliable and desirable because of the emissions systems. Its not all great for petrol cars because with direct injection they seem to be suffering from carbon build up. For most drivers (who don't tow caravans)as soon as the economy advantages of diesel are overtaken by; servicing, warranty, depreciation and purchase costs they will buy a petrol Sent from my ONE A2003 using Tapatalk
  11. My wife has a diesel 1.4 fabia and the yeti has better ride and handling. The 1.2 is great below 60 but I suspect your fabia may feel more sporty. Given the choice I'd always drive the Yeti. For your driving mix I think it will be great because I suspect handling is more important than power Sent from my ONE A2003 using Tapatalk
  12. Sorry it just went off in my hand. I wonder if we have seen the end of the popularity of diesels in cars. When we start hearing of add blue failures it's going to be one more thing putting diesel buyers off Sent from my ONE A2003 using Tapatalk
  13. I wonder if we have seen the last Sent from my ONE A2003 using Tapatalk
  14. I still think the Mazda has a clutch connecting the axles. Its just operated electromechanicaly and is always sending someone power to the rear wheels. I'm not sure if it can send all power to the rear like the haldex can Sent from my ONE A2003 using Tapatalk
  15. Sounds like a proper producer worth paying for. If your not going to wax your car Sent from my ONE A2003 using Tapatalk
