Must say I have never used the cruise control, dont know how you work it. Wonder if Ive got a speed limiter will have a look, sounds ideal for built up areas.

The 'stop start' system is ok when the cars on a good run, but I turn it off now until the car is fully warmed up....I have noticed that its rare to be held at traffic lights for more than 30 seconds, the book says that is the time you start to save fuel, anyway its easy to switch off should you be held at roadworks, for instance.

I had mine go off when the car in font swerved and slowed to take a left hand corner, but it wasnt that close i had time to slow down steady but it beat me to it.

Worth the trouble if your not sure of the pedigree. Ours cost two bottles of wine 14 years ago and he's still going, he's a multi cross.

I put music on a micro sd card, about 32Gb and plugged it in, it works fine, make sure its a top grade one 10.

The only thing I;ve bought for my Fabia is a spare wheel, but kept some puncture repair stuff because I know it works, not the liquid but the mushrooms.

I've SORN'd the bike and thats it till we move.

Had my Fabia colour edition nearly three months, early days and did a trip to the east coast from Nottingham with a stop at Willingham Woods with no fatigue problems as was the fiesta.

Lucky you Scotland has a lot to offer, we holiday in Scotland often.
