Hi there, Just a simple question, how long will a shock absorber last. The reason for asking this is that the rear nearside shock absorber was replaced last year for the MOT because it had a serious fluid leak. Just taken my car into another garage today and found that both rear shock absorbers had a serious fluid leak. The distance done in the car between the 2 MOTs was 10,026 miles so not a great amount of distance in the 12 month period. I asked the person at the garage today if the absorber had been replaced and he informed me that when he asked the mechanic that it had been replaced that it had but was not a high quality product. Any advice would be great please. Thanks

I am driving a Skoda Estate TDI 1.9 and when I want to clean my rear window with the water it just sprays straight out. I have looked online and it looks a simple operation to fit a new jet nozzle to replace the damaged one but I am having trouble finding one for my vehicle. Does anybody have any idea where I can get one and the cost of this product please. Many thanks for your help with this problem.
