I have been looking in my skoda books and I have had a cambelt replaced 11/13 now how many years should a cambelt be changed if it doesn't do the 40,000 miles recommendation? Thanks

Stripping the door card off is easy enough I had to remove to look at a window problem I have and surprisingly easy.

Realised that my bumper grill on the passenger side has fallen off. Has anybody got one for sale? Thanks

Honestly I forgotten the make of them, are not a well known brand, think they are called performa?? Still got to stick a 5mm spacers on as the Wheel is extremely close to the caliper.

If you don't know anything about cars I would say take it to a garage before you brake something else

Not sure if it's your " thing " but what about adding them colours around the lip of the Wheel? Add abit of colour to it? Just a thought.

I would have thought your wheels would have play I'd it's your track rod ends. Have you checked the engine mounts? Obviously if it's going over bumps and pulling off. Could be your engine rocking which is causeing the noise.

I thought regardless what injectors you use, you need to tell the ecu to add more fuel through the injectors or it will still be Adding the same? quote me if I'm wrong.

Update: after some after a nice talk with an automotive company finaly received my new 5mm spacers and my new wheels are just brushing the spring on the brake caliper. These spacers fit directly into my new wheels without the use of the old spigot rings and fit great. Pics to follow of them fitted next week

So, I have decided to buy myself a mk1 Skoda octavia 1.8t. It has full Skoda history 75k miles with recent Campbelt for 800 pounds :-). Now I have decided to make my own build thread as I have never made a build thread before. My ideas are to really lower it, nice wide wheels, clean it up and keep it clean. Nice and simple. Pics to follow
