Thanks for the heads up mate ill get on the hunt for a standard steering wheel for the MOT, I hate the fact that they change the laws all the dam time with stuff like this its stupid, it should be optional weather a driver has an airbag in my opinion

Hi all, Just wondering does antone have an aftermarket steering wheel on that can point me in the right direction, So I have an OMP steering wheel with quick release boss kit ( already Fitted when I got the car) the air bag light is on and the horn isnt connected from what I can make out when you connect horn its on constant so im assuming its wired wrong also what do I need or how do I go about getting this air bag light off, These are just niggly problems that are getting to me now im a bit OCD and want the car in the best possible condition before I start adding extra mods, Thanks in advance,

Seems to be good on fuel and even with the hickups at the moment its still saving me some money lol last car I was using was terrible , Hopeing to get a load of pics and get them up on here in the gallery, Got some plans for it when I get round to them once its all clean and as it should be,

Dont I know it mate haha poor car must have took some abuse from prev owners im on sotring out any little problems and keeping on top of it as and when I can other issues are now sorted so its all running well just need to sort this out the airbag light is also on but I think thats from the fact it has an aftermarket steering wheel on and has not had the airbag light turned off, I will get this done tomorrow dosnt seem to be effecting the car thanks for the advice, Thanks for the link Coskev

Afternoon All, My EML come on this morning so I plugged in my code reader and it come up with Engine Coolent Temp sensor 1 Circuit high dose this mean I need a new switch its not effecting the way the car drives and if I clear the code it only comes back when the car has been tunned off and the key has been removed from the ignition, are they easy to change on these and where can I get one from, thanks in advance for any help,

Can anyone shed some light in this for me the break lights on my fabia have now randomly stopped working, I checked the bulbs they are fine and there is no coil light on the dash is there anything it could be

Im in Sunderland mate, Cheers for the info I had my car on a code reader last night and it apears to be pointing towards the injector loom, I just need to find out how to fit it or find someone now who can fit it for me when it comes I am just going to order the darkside one for £55.00 unless anyone knows where I can get a cheaper one from thanks

Hi all, Can anyone point me in the right direction to a specialist in the north east that deals with ether Skoda for Vag cars that maybe able to help me with the issue im having or that can plug my car into Vag Com or some sort of code reader, I have had the car less than a week and it has developed a problem where by the traction control light is on and the EML is on the car Judders under heavy load, the light goes off sometimes and the car drives well and noticeably better, Up to now from what iv read and been told its relating to possibly the injector loom but I would like to get it plugged in and checked to be 100% don’t really want to be buying parts for my car that I may not need, Any help is really appreciated thanks

Cant seem to find anyone in the area with vag com that can he,p me out after work :( its going on the computer of Friday morning at the latest hopeing its not a massive problem :(
