Infotainment problems.approx 2 months ago the drivers side interior light kept going on and off plus a yellow spanner lit up next to it.the car kept trying to call service assistance but disappeared quickly before I could cancel it? I took it back to my dealership and the said it needed a software update,picked it up 3 days later and all seemed fine until today when again the front interior overhead light came on and when I went to turn it off the car tried calling skoda assistance again which I managed to stop,but the interior light stayed on until I got home?Getting fed up with this as it's a motability car!!

Driving along yesterday and the car started to phone for roadside assistance for no reason! I noticed the yellow spanner symbol was lit above the rear view mirror.the red phone symbol on the info screen kept going on and off too.i tried cancelling it but to no avail. I got to where I was going and locked the car but noticed the remote key flashing repeatedly.on my way home all was well? I did pop into my skoda dealership and they say it's a software problem and needs the current update?

Simplesi 2.0 rallye green tfsi vrs north devon.

Bit of a strange one here guys!!! I keep getting an error message when in driving,"workshop error place vehicle in P. Yes its a VRS 2016 TFSI DSG,and about 2 weeks ago i came to a stop at a roundabout engine stopped as is normal,went to drive off and it said start engine manually!!! Started fine but as i drove away it seemed it would only change a couple if gears,i usually run in vrs mode so i stopped and switched into normal mode and it drove ok,but still keep getting this error message????
