Thanks Linni, I've followed your info so I'll see if it's done anything tomorrow when I head off to work. Ashfan, when I first got the phone in August it worked fine without issues, after the first update I suffered the same as you random disconnects from rsap now after this one I can only connect in hands free mode, I'll head off and check some Samsung forums and see if I can find anything there. After the latest system update my Samsung Galaxy A5 (2016) (android V 6.0.1) no longer connects to my car MY 2014 (FL), prior to this all worked fine but now the phone only connects in hands free mode, I've deleted the profiles in both car and phone but when I search for 'new user' the phone connects, remote sim activated appears on the phone and then immediately deactivates and the MFD says please insert sim card in phone, each attempt to pair results in the same. Changing from Premium to hands free profiles and back again gives the same results. Any help or advice greatly received.

I have just installed a set of fitted sun blinds to the rear screen and rear doors. When I was driving yesterday with the dog in the back I put the rear windows down about an inch for some air and found that the blinds had completely eliminated the buffeting and greatly reduced the wind noise. I drove at 60mph with the windows down at various heights and still no buffeting. Might be worth a thought. These are the ones that I bought, I'm sure that there are others available. The wipers were off (I don't have the auto wipers) windscreen is clean and free of smears, I think I remember reading in the manual that the headlights would come on above a certain speed regardless of conditions, but thanks for your reply, looks like it'll be a call to the dealer then!

Hi, I'm not sure if this is a problem or not but I wonder if anyone has noticed this. I have a MY2014 FL 170bhp SE with auto headlights, they come on ok, driving through tunnels, dense tree cover etc but they don't switch off even in bright sunshine. The other day I left for work and they came on as the car was parked in the shadow of the house 40 minutes later they were still on even though the sun was splitting the trees. I've tried turning the headlights onto manual and then back to auto but they just come back on again, I've not had the chance to contact the dealer yet, just wanted to know if any others have experienced this.

Hi all, found this site via a Google search and after a good prowl through the various topics it helped me decide on my new car, it's a 2014 Superb SE 170 and I collect it on Tuesday 28th, can't wait to get her. Trading up from a 2004 Volvo S40 i was very impressed on the test drive, quiet, comfortable and with good acceleration. 1st purchase will be a tow-bar with dedicated electrics to tow our caravan and replace our 2010 Saab 9-3 as our main tow car so hope to see a big difference with the 170 engine. I've been really encouraged by all the positive comments from owners. Will post more after Tuesday.
