2008 Fabia 1.9tdi, Car runs well and no warning lights are coming up, scenario is driving around it hits a "flat spot" just around 1.5 2k revs, its a blip , about 2 seconds if that, but you notice it, i checked all the intake pipes and notice the "o" ring is missing on the throttle body housing , so one has been ordered as its just rattling about in there, i truly hope it is this, I did'nt notice this before, as the car has been parked up for 2 months in a garage, if anyone has advice it would be gratefully received, regards Martin

Im having the exact same noise, i pull up any where and it's whistling like a kettle, mine's the Fabia 2 version 3 1.9tdi , looks like further investigation in the morning then.

hiya ,this might sound a bit strange, im not all clued up on the fabia's yet as ive only had mine under a year, but mine is the 1.9tdi , and it has rear disc brakes, so why would'nt yours?

Ours is same , both broken off, is there a way of getting a big nut and bolt through the gap ?

On the rear light clusters there are grommets or plugs inserted into the body to keep the cluster tight , some of these are missing, where can I get these from please ? I have searched ebay and here but can't find any answers Thanks

HI everyone. We've recently had some problems with the drivers windo. Ive read most of the threads but it doesn't seem to remedy the problem Windows won't operate from the drivers door switches. The passenger switch and window is fine. If i hold the key in the lock the window will go down and up . But not via the switches. Could some one throw some light on it please.
