yea i saw your polo, 300bhp is what im aiming for, then maybe later in the year, headwork/cam, 2265, 120% and aim for 340-350bhp i took it to ##!!##h but turbo died on the rollers.. thanks for the replies guys

so, thought id make a project thread, bought the car in feb last year, with an already decent spec, GT2052, piper 2.5" exhaust, 312s, fmic, 248bhp/320ftlbs, but this wasent enough! so ive fitted.. factory optional leathers depo projector headlights 15mm spacers all around 323mm 4 pot brembos 256mm vented rears Darkside intake with TIP and AEM dryflow filter GTB2260 on tubular manifold 80% firad nozzles sachs SRE clutch private plate new style badges wind deflectors few red vac hoses LED dials Auto lights so, i fitted all the performance bits at the end of november, took it for mapping and the turbo died on the dyno.. still made 240bhp at 2 bar though! so its currently sat down at my mates garage waiting for the freshly rebuilt 2260 to come back, heres some pics! going for around 290-300bhp & 380-400ftlbs for now.

That was just condensation, thats when i went to view the car, an old boy was out with his grandkids having a meal in the pub in the back ground , done the surrounds now along with new style front badge

One bloody reply ha! Im wanting to paint the grill surround and fog surrounds now, any tips on how to prep them?

hello, my first post here, but been a lurker for sometime now, always wanted a fabia, since passing my driving test in aug 2008, only bought one early this year. now, it looked pretty standard when i first bought it, apart from a gloss black roof, mirror caps, and some bora highline wheels, oh and it was also polybushed alround. now i apologise, i didnt take many pics of the new bits and the stages it went through, but hes what i did to it. Widemouth Depo black mask headlights FK coilovers Audi TT fron 312mm brakes with drilled and grooved discs. Turbo back to a cupra R style tip, 6x4. Darkside hardpipe kit and THS intercooler put original vrs wheels on, and had them refurbed. Rhino splitter led numberplate bulbs and hids. Xman PD150 hybrid. Mapped by DTM tuning in doncaster. heres a few pics.
