@DaveA Hi mate, I know this is an old thread but I was just curious if you got round to fitting the 20mm rear spacers? I’m looking at doing the same on mine and was just wondering if you have any photos of yours with them fitted and if you had any problems or advice? Thanks in advance.

Decided against lowering the car but I’m still considering 20mm spacers for the rear wheels only (18” Geminis). Has anyone on here opted to just space their rear wheels on standard VRS suspension?

Hi, was hoping for some advice with my Vrs estate. My front, rear and headlight washers are not working. (The reservoir is full) I put it down to the arctic conditions at first, but since I've been on a long drive and had the car running for a long period of time, I'm not convinced it's frozen. Also I've got heated washers. Is there anything obvious I can check? Many thanks in advance, Rich

Picked mine up Friday, what a car! Absolutely love it, and I was lucky enough to have the Amunsden sat nav fitted for free when I was told I missed it being fitted as standard on VRS by 1 build week... BUT. 160miles on the clock and I need a new heated windscreen fitted, Drove past a tractor on the trip home from the dealers and the f#####g thing decided to flick up a big rock and chip the windscreen smack bang in the eyeline of the drivers seat, a beautiful 10mm circle, Autoglass came out today and attempted a repair but it did absolutely nothing, now having the new windscreen fitted on Saturday. Felt completely deflated and it really did ruin the collection day for me, kind of over it now as the car is pure awesome, cannot fault it. And anyone who is considering buying one, DO IT!

Ordered mine 21st Sep, was given an estimated 12 week wait, told it was due to be built week 44 (26th Oct) and I am going to pick her up tomorrow. 8 weeks 4 days.

I chased this up as mine is a week 44 build (26/10/15) so same week as yours I'm guessing. Skoda said they were fitting the Amundsen as standard as of week 45 (02/11/15) and said the only way of guaranteeing my car would have it would be to cancel my order and re-order but I wasn't going to do that... Would have been a nice free-be but as I didn't spec it in the first place I'm not all that bothered, just a tad annoying that I missed out on it by a matter of days. You might be lucky though keep your fingers crossed.

I was quoted 12 weeks aswell though.

Placed my order 21st September, was given a build week 44, and fingers crossed I'm picking it up next Friday which would be 9/10 weeks in total I think... Will post up again when I've actually got it though to confirm.

I'd keep them they look really good, everyone's got the anthracites, I'm still yet to see one in the flesh with silver Geminis.

Well I'm hoping the Silver ones will go better with the Metal Grey, thought the Anthracite would make it look a bit too dark overall. Any chance of a pic of yours?

I've Spec'd silver Geminis on mine, hope it doesn't turn up with your Anthracite ones on now MRJSVRS

(Build week 44).. Think I just missed out on the sat nav being put in as standard.

Placed my order 21st Sep, Metal grey Vrs Tsi 220 estate, had an email yesterday saying it has been built and is currently in the Port of exit to be shipped over to the UK, hopefully should be able to pick it up at the tail end of this month. Excited is an understatement...

I'd not seen that thread yet, cheers for that M12MKD pretty certain I'm going to go H&R now with 20mm spacers rear and 10-15mm front.

45mm from standard, says at the bottom to take into account the 15mm the Vrs has already dropped over standard models so looking at 30mm drop on Vrs height. Have you got any pics of yours with the H&R's fitted M12MKD?

I'm looking at lowering my mk3 Octavia Vrs Estate.. I've done a small amount of research and read a few of the threads on here which mainly mention either doing this with H&R or Eibach Pro Kit springs. I Stumbled across a set of 45mm Vogtland springs which look fantastic value for money at around £120 but would love to know if anyone on here has fitted these to their car or have any information on whether they are any good or if it's worth paying a little more for one of the more "trusted" bigger brands? I've had H&R springs before and was really impressed so I'm steering more towards them at the moment. Any opinions or experiences with Vogtland springs would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, new to the forum. Been given a build date of 26th October build week 44 for my VRS 220 TSI Manual Estate in Metal Grey Metallic. Keeping my fingers crossed that I get it before Christmas....
