I have a pair of Bilstein B8 shocks, these were on my 2012 Fabia Monte Carlo, they were only on for a few months and only covered 2000 miles. Sold

Reduced them to £60.

Here we have a set of H&R lowering springs that came off my 2012 Fabia 1.6 TDI Monte Carlo, they are in good condition with marks from use and wear tear. H&R part number is 29073-2 Looking for £60 delivered.

Just checked all the depths on the tyres, 2x are on 5mm and 2x are on 6mm.

I’ve decided to sell these wheels which I absolutely love and were hard to find. They are Passat CC Daytona alloy wheels, they are in good condition and one wheel has a very minor light scuff. They are 5x112 8J ET41. They were fully refurbished in June last year and at the same time they had 235/40/18 Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres fitted which have loads of life left. They are a simple looking wheel that will pretty much suit any model, I had these on my Golf. I’ll get better pics and depths at the weekend. Collection only from Northampton and the price is £800ono.

Selling my RNS315 which has been recently updated with a 2017 map, comes with code etc. Sadly it’s not blue tooth or DAB but works perfectly and is in good condition. £150 delivered, no offers as it’s cheap for what it is.

Having this little lot all fitted today so will see what difference it makes to it.

Bit the bullet and changed all 4 tyres to 215/40/17 Michelin Pilot Sport 4’s, I’ve only done a few miles in it so far but the difference in the ride is so much better now.

Haven’t done anything with this for ages other than use and abuse it. It’s back on its original alloys, gone straight through another MOT. My main issue I have with the car is comfort so that’s something I’m going to work on over the next few months, as I find the standard seats so comfortable with little support so I’ll look into changing those soon for some Audi A1 seats. The standard shocks are coming off in a week and will be replaced with a set of Bilstein B8’s that I have ready, I’ll look into changing the tyres to 215 as I think that will make a difference too, just trying to like the car again lol.

Here we have a Mk2 Fabia grille top, it’s in chrome with the new style badge. This came off my dads old 64 plate Fabia. £15 delivered.

So a year later and the following has been done, full genuine Votex kit, SRS-Tec wide front wings, H&R springs, GTI brakes, Passat CC 18’s, GTI seats, Apple car play and various bits of worn out trim replaced, uprated Sachs performance clutch, DMF and a Quaife LSD fitted, for now its had a generic remap to boost the power a little bit, anti lift kit, probably loads I’ve forgotten but it’s still an ongoing project. How it looks at the moment.

Thought I’d post some pics of my project car, I still have my Fabia but I kind of lost interest in it so really fancied another MK5 Golf, I bought it a year ago for £1000 and it was completely standard and a little tired. It’s a 2004 MK5 Golf GT TDI 2.0 BKD. How I bought it.

I’ll have these off the car in the next week, but I’ll be selling my 17 inch Team Dynamic Pro Race 3 alloys in anthracite, they have Michelin Pilot Sport 3’s all round, all the tyres have good tread and I’ll get some depths when I get the chance. The wheels have some kerbing thanks to the lovely snow we had this year and the only reason for removal is I’m getting my old original wheels back on as I have another project. Stud pattern on them is 5x100 as they are coming off my Fabia Monte Carlo. I’ll get some better pics of each wheel when I get the chance. £250 collected from Northampton.
