When fitting my dashcam i checked which fuses were Igntion switched and found Airbag fuse to be suitable, but thought too it was risky, just because! so I too found no fuse in Heated seats (i dont have that feature), so just used that empty fuse. All good.

Has anyone else seen this?.... On occasions i have a square "SOS" as one of my favourites on the Phone screen (Amundsen). The last favourite on screen1. Most other times the screen1 is all my favourites, and the SOS is not shown on any favourites screen. any reason why sometimes i am forced to have an SOS favourite, and others no SOS favourite at all? thanks

I bought a nano usb stick for the usb slot and filled with media and radio logos, and bought a flush 12v -> 2xUSB for charging. The stick is so small you cant see it and the new USB charging points look like they’re part of the car. Can post exact parts when back home if anyone interested. is there a hidden SD2 behind glovebox? I hear there is a vcds for enabling if its there.

hi i have the new Fabia with Amundsen and can only see 1 SD slot and only 1 displayed on screen. Where is SD2? and has anyone enabled it? cheers Gus

right thanks! that is where my maps SD card is, so where does the Maps SD card go?

Just took delivery of my new SEL, which has Amundsen. It turns out there is only 1 SD slot and it's for Maps. there is no SD Media slot. My wife's Karoq also SEL, and has Amundsen has 2 SD slots. but not on Fabias it seems? Just so you know folks... Just have to use USB slot and have a stick, sticking out, and then cant charge off USB while listening. I know about apple play etc. but i like local storage so anyone driving my card can have music library, also use local storage for Radio logos and images etc. No big deal i guess but not what i expected. cheers Gus

Anyone else having problems playing MP3 files with them skipping etc stuttering. it stays on the track ok its just the music will jump 1 sec fwd or back on regular intervals. Sounds like a damaged CD from years ago. It happens randomly on any MP3 file (the files work on all my other devices and Fabia Bolero OK). Tried using SD card and a USB stick, same result. Format is fat32 and size is only 16GB. Not sure what else to try? cheers

Did anyone find a way to remove the front headrests? i am trying to fit seat covers and they wont go over the top, not without some serious cutting. Alternatively anyone found decent fitting seat covers!? cheers

Looking to buy some decent seat covers, our Karoq is getting heavily used and the seats will soon start to show an age, Has anyone bought any or had any experience in what sizes to buy? I know there are loads of people selling seat covers, just not sure about sizings. Keen not to go down the route of bespoke 'made for karoq' type things. cheers

With all the car theft in the news about thieves using electronics to "grab" the keyless frequency and retransmit to a device near the car, and then steal it; I researched and bought the usual faraday pouch. either that or keep them in the microwave! I bought the Amazon part# B076KZF645 which are 2 pouches for £8.99 tested yesterday and they work perfect, when the keys are in the pouch i can walk right up to the car and nothing, the doors wont open, i can put the pouch right against the window or car and still nothing. so the pouch is used at home. just in case anyone wondered which ones work, these do. Is everyone elses reversing camera, a mirror image of reality? when i reverse using the camera, it's the opposite of what i would see if i simply looked out the back. so everything is the wrong way around and a little confusing. Is this the norm? sorry if this is obvious, never had reversing cameras before. cheers

Thanks, i had a quick look under the dash and it's plain to see, in the usual pink housing. The tracking sticks out a little so needed to fit a flush elbow extension cable and then mount the tracker elsewhere. cheers

Hi not sure if anyone else found this but my Android connects to Bolero OK and can send/receive texts and also shows contact photos in Address book or Favourites etc. My iPhone can only receive texts (not send), but NO contact photos anywhere. until now... iOS 11 now fixes (or now supports) Contact Photos over bluetooth.
