I know this is an old thread but isn't that diagram got the flow going the wrong way. comes out of the turbo volute not into it?

After mine failed I drilled out the rivets but had no luck in removing the door lock plug and instead had to cut the wires and resolder! absolute PIA. Anyone know how you open these connectors?

Great guide! Is it necessary to do all this to just change the bushings or is there a simpler solution? I am intimidated by trying this as it is my daily car and can't afford to do it wrong!
