Grandson pulled rear seat belt fully out from the ceiling fixture and it will not retract at all. Any fixes.

My 1.2 petrol Yeti has been losing water at an alarming rate for a few weeks now. I have to top it up every time I use it. Usually it is at the lower mark on the reservoir. No sign of spray off from the fan and I am hoping it is a hose leak but some of these comments are very alarming. There is a constant puddle on the garage floor. I am about to take it in to get it checked. This together with the appalling oil use is making me feel like selling it. It has done 37,000 miles and I bought it new in Jan 2010. My previous Fabia which I had from new never needed topping up with any fluid between services.
